Terms of sale

Access to and use of the cresconline.it site is subject to compliance with the conditions indicated below, including all documents to which reference is made. By accessing the website or using it, you declare that you accept and are legally bound to comply with the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree, do not use the website and the shop.

1. Changes to Terms

This Agreement can be modified at any time, and any modification will be effective immediately after the communication of the modified agreement. By accessing the website and using it, you agree to periodically check these Conditions of Sale and to comply with their subsequent amendments.

2. Orders / Contract

Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, by e-mail with the appropriate form that can be downloaded from our site or via the online store cart.

Check the Order Confirmation and promptly communicate in writing, via e-mail to Cresconline any errors, otherwise the indications contained in the Order Confirmation will apply to the Contract. Cresconline reserves the right to accept or refuse the order at its sole discretion.

3. Right of Withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in the manner and within the established terms. Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, as they take place outside of commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 (formerly Legislative Decree no.185 of 22 May 1999 ) which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. This right consists in the right to return the purchased good to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in the consequent refund of the purchase price of the good.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the goods in compliance with the conditions set out below.
The goods must be perfectly intact, new, never used, complete with all the accessories that compose it, including instruction manuals, guarantee certificate and anything else received with the purchased good, packaged in the original packaging. perfectly intact, complete with all its parts, also perfectly intact.
Failure to comply with the conditions dictated makes the exercise of the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
Shipping costs are charged to the consumer.

The subjects not classifiable as consumers are excluded from the legislative decree, including those who have requested an invoice instead of the receipt.

4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, just notify us, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, by sending:

The communication can be anticipated, within the same period of 14 working days, also with:

This communication must contain a description of the products you intend to return, as well as indications on how to reimburse the costs incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank / postal details. The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, to the address that we will communicate to you. Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will refund the sums paid within 2 days. We remind you that the shipping costs incurred for the return of the goods remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Prices and availability
The prices of Cresconline products are clearly indicated on the website including VAT. Any costs for graphic processing (for customized works) if not provided and shipping costs must be added to the price of the product. The ordered material will be shipped the same day or at the latest the next day from the moment we receive the payment or a receipt of payment (by fax to 081.8947938 indicating the order number that was sent to you by e-mail). Your order tracking number will be confirmed by email. If we have not received confirmation of payment within 10 days, the order will be automatically trashed. The data relating to prices shown on the site http://www.cresconline.it are subject to change without notice.

6. Delivery of products

Delivery times start from the date of payment.
Of course, the times shown are only indicative and may vary according to the quantity of pieces and the type of article chosen.

Cresconline will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated as the "Shipping Address" of the order form. All delivery times shown on Cresconline are estimates based solely on availability, normal order processing and delivery times declared by the carriers.
All our products are accompanied by a receipt and, where required, by an accompanying invoice.

* Please note that for shipments abroad, any customs duties will always be charged to the customer.

7. Payment terms

Different payment methods are accepted:
- Recharge PostePay Card
- Advance bank transfer
- Paypal
- Cash on delivery (with added contribution)

8. Limitation of Liability
By using the Cresconline.it site, you assume all responsibility and risk relating to its use and any service it contains. Cresconline assumes no responsibility for errors and omissions within this website or any other website to which reference and link may be made. Under no circumstances will Cresconline be liable for specific, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind or for any damage including without limitation, those resulting from the loss of data or profits. The information contained on this site may contain typos, technical or other inaccuracies. At any time and without notice, Cresconline can make corrections, changes and make improvements to the information. All changes will become effective from the moment of publication. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of what is published. Cresconline does not guarantee that the site will never be interrupted, that it will not be error-free or that any errors present will be corrected.

9. Current legislation and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract stipulated online by the Customer with Cresconline is subject to Italian jurisdiction and in particular by the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, Consumer Code, pursuant to art. 7 of the law of 29 July 2003, n. 229. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer is competent, if located in the Italian territory. If the customer's domicile or residence is not within the Italian territory, the competent court is that of the execution of the contract.
