Shipping and returns
The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The shipment is made by Express Courier with tracking, on average within 48 hours of receipt of payment and the delivery is made within 24 hours (except for disadvantaged destinations).

Once the shipment has been made, we will send the Tracking number by e-mail, which will allow you to track the order.

Free shipping (for amounts over € 499.99) refers to shipments on the Italian territory, for the islands there is a small contribution. For orders below € 500.00 the cost is only € 9.90.

Please note that for shipments abroad, any customs duties will always be charged to the customer.
