Current legislation and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract stipulated online by the Customer with Cresconline is subject to Italian jurisdiction and in particular by the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, Consumer Code, pursuant to art. 7 of the law of 29 July 2003, n. 229. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer is competent, if located in the Italian territory. If the customer's domicile or residence is not within the Italian territory, the competent court is that of execution of the contract.
